My First attempt at Epi

This is my first attempt at making Epi. I love making bread and experimenting with new ways to make whole wheat bread more interesting.

I am trying to switch the family over to 100% whole wheat bread. It’s not easy! The white bread I was making was sooooo good. Finding interesting ways to make whole wheat bread more appetizing hasn’t been easy.

Hopefully these pretty little pull apart breads will be a bit.
